We’re looking for a Sales Pro with a Project Management twist.
Someone with charm, clarity, and cleverness who can push our creative agency forward. You bring in exciting new projects – and make sure they cross the finish line smoothly, together with our crew from design, development, and project management.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll find new clients and show them why our agency should be their next go-to partner
- You’ll lead first calls, write proposals, negotiate contracts
- You’ll stay on it – from kickoff to go-live
- You’ll be the link between client and team (and sometimes the emotional support human)
- You’ll keep an eye on time, budget, and quality
What you bring:
- A good sense for people and digital vibes
- Experience in sales and/or project management (ideally both)
- Self-organization & initiative – you don’t need a babysitter
(though we’re always here if you need support) - Drive to make things happen – together, not solo
